The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. This home is situated two blocks from Harley Park which includes lookout point with a beautiful view of the Missouri River. One block away is the Katy Trail which includes the historic Katy Trail Bridge, as well as Isle of Capri Casino. Boonville is known for it’s history and charm. Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

The Cottage @ MRF Inn

Missouri River Farmers Inn (MRF Inn) was purchased by the current owner in Nov. 2020. Previously run as the Down Over Bed and Breakfast, The MRF Inn will feature contact free stays and check-in. The Inn has undergone a big remodel, you will find everything fresh and updated. Complete with an onsite gym, small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. The Cottage at MRF Inn sit adjacent to the Inn.
