The apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a futon, outside eating area, hot water, A/C, cable tv, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and books to enjoy.

A month or longer rentals are preferred. Ocean Palms is powered by a solar system with batteries, no power surges or outages of electricity. The Air conditioner is direct to the power company and that usage will be charged, in cash, at the end of your stay, per your usage on the separate meter for the AC.
