Casa nostra è situata sulla collina di Pieve Ligure. È immersa nel verde, in un contesto familiare e tranquillo. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode di una splendida vista su tutto il golfo Paradiso. La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Alloggio con giardino a Piancastagna, piccolo paese e punto panoramico situato nell'Alto Monferrato non lontano dalle città di Sassello (15 min. d'auto) Acqui Terme (30 min.) Ovada (30 min.) e dalle spiagge riviera ligure (45 min.) La casa è l'ideale per chi desidera relax e tranquillità in un ambiente salutare grazie al clima che non è mai troppo caldo in estate. Intorno al paese poi ci sono numerosi sentieri per chi ama le passeggiate nei boschi, delle aree pic-nic e dei giochi per bambini.

Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.

L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. L'edificio è ubicato sulla cima di una collina dalla quale si gode di una ampia vista a 360 sul paesaggio circostante, punteggiato da vigneti e borghi medievali. Oltre alla prima colazione, è possibile usufruire del servizio di ristorazione a base di prodotti del territorio accompagnati dai vini DOP (bianchi e rossi) di nostra produzione.
