Villa Bellevue

Rez-de-chaussée complet d'une maison individuelle, d'une surface de 120m2!!! (La chambre No 3 se trouve au sous-sol de la maison). La rue est très calme mais également à deux pas de la frontière suisse (Basel-Bourgfelden) et donc du Tram No 3, et également de l’aéroport de Bale-Mulhouse (pas de vols entre 23:00 et 06:00). La Villa Bellevue est totalement rénovée début 2021, avec une très belle vue sur la nature depuis la terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. La machine à café est de marque Bosch Tassimo.

Ich wollte eine Insel schaffen, in der alles schön, ruhig und harmonisch ist, und ich glaube, das ist mir gelungen. Zudem bekommst du von mir kostenlos die Basel Card, mit der du während deines gesamten Aufenthalts die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis benutzen kannst.

L'accès à la voie rapide est également à 200m du studio ! Situé au 3e étage avec ascenseur, il offre une belle vue sans vis-à-vis sur les vosges. Le bâtiment date de 1970, mais le studio est bien isolé et offre le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes nuits reposantes.
