The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

The Library Loft- City to sea views, nature & pool

Stay in our spacious loft. NB: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private (We live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa no longer available.

Nestled in the stunning Clare Valley wine region is a cosy stone cottage. Graced with views of the natural surroundings and carefully planned to provide guests with a private experience, Mintaro Cottage's Cyprus villa is a fabulous setting for escape and relaxation. Crafted in 1856 from slate into a carpenter’s barn, with extensive restoration and contemporary open plan. The Villa boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a charming wood fireplace.

Situated in the heart of the Barossa Valley and nestled amidst 9 acres of vineyard, this fully renovated 1860's cottage is only 5 minutes walk to Tanunda's coffee shops and restaurants With magnificent vineyard and rural views you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing in the heated plunge pool or enjoying the comfort of an open fire place. Situated at the home of Tomfoolery Wines in the Barossa Valley, this newly renovated cottage is only about an hours drive north of Adelaide. Located on the 20 acre winery property it is complete with all of the luxuries to enjoy your time away, including a king sized bed, a large spa, robes, Sheridan towels, wine and a full lounge area to relax in.
