Welcome to Brule Point, only 10 minutes from the village of Tatamagouche, NS. Our home is located on a 4 acre, private, waterfront lot on the shores of Tatamagouche Bay. A somewhat stony, rocky shoreline at tide, but fairly nice sandy beach at low tide, perfect for wading, strolling, and swimming (at your own risk). With some of the warmest waters in Canada this section of the Northumberland Straight is perfect for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Evenings can be spent gazing at the spectacular sunsets or enjoying a glass of wine at the fire pit.

Fundy Retreat

Private 'half' of a very old farmhouse overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Ideal as a quiet getaway surrounded by natural beauty. (Host lives in the other half.) This is a rural location with no street lights or urban infrastructure. Instead there are eagles, high tides, dark skies at night and quiet only broken by birds at dawn. All new interiors, well designed and keeping the character of the house. Important to know - the 2 bedrooms are adjoined.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
