Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

Apartments Sea are situated on a perfect location nearby Trogir, right on the beach, with the best view on the beautiful Adriatic sea and Islands. It's peacefull and quiet area. In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Our studio is situated only 300m from the beach and 2km from the charming old town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The studio can host up to two guests and has a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and a cozy terrace with an outdoor shower. You can also use the shared grill in the garden and enjoy some barbecue. Come and enjoy the sea and the historical town!

Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
