House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.

This old fishing seaside house, is located at the Lučica bay, which lot of sailors consider like one of the 5 most beautiful bays on the Adriatic sea.Two km from Milna ,with free parking at 10 m from the house. Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
