Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Private Victorian Courtyard Studio w/wood burner

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow STEEP STEPS lead down to the private front door, these may NOT be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove and central heating. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the Cotswolds AONB on the outskirts of Tetbury, a stones through from the Royal Gardens of Highgrove, Gatcombe, Westonbirt Arboretum and Badminton. Swallow Barn is a converted old cow shed on an organic mixed farm that is teeming with both flora and fauna. Great for picturesque walks or a visit to the historic market town of Tetbury or cirencester. A peaceful getaway with occasional noises of farm machinery or farm animals.

There is off-road parking in a lay-by next to the annex. Ideally situated for exploring Bath, The Cotswolds and lovely local villages Lacock and Castle Combe. Close to historic Corsham's shops, pubs and restaurants.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Charming Cotswold Stable Conversion.

Delightful renovated refurbished Stables with original period features retained, located in the heart of the Cotswold village of Luckington Wiltshire. The accommodation has a bedroom equipped with two single beds, (can make a double) with ensuite bathroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Stables are to be found behind a walled secure garden alongside the main family house and has outside seating and BBQ. There is secure parking available.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

This light contemporary space is 25-minutes’ walk from the centre of Bath or a 20-minute walk to the Royal Crescent. This nicely proportioned annexe is next to our home but completely detached. It is a self-contained unit with its own entrance, off-street parking, and south facing garden views and private deck. This quiet and secluded location is ideal for a weekend in Bath or a weekday base for professionals. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Entire Studio -Canalside Garden Studio in Widcombe

Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
