Centrally heated plus a log burner for those cosy nights. There’s plush carpets and cosy bedrooms and lots of storage space. The village pub is one min walk The bus takes 10 mins to Belper, bustling with individual shops, bars and restaurants. 🐾 Pets welcome £25 per stay for up to two pets. The old mill is currently being developed. The area is easily explored with walks, pubs & restaurants from your doorstep. A bus route provides easy access to the Peak District National Park, Derby city, shops, and tourist attractions like Chatsworth, galleries & museums. We’d love to welcome you :-)

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Lime Tree Cottage new barn convention

lime tree cottage is a band new barn convention with its own private hot tub, this very equipped cottage sleeps 2 and a infant or a camp bed is available on request. This spacious little cottage has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, sink and w/c. In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv and beautiful views down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There are some beautiful walks and pubs in walking distance.

Stone Rise Cottage, Belper

Stone Rise Cottage was built in 1874 and has been renovated to its characterful feel today. Entering through the stable-front door, is a traditional kitchen with all the necessities. Beyond this is the lounge with log burner, beams and doors to the stone terrace. There’s also a quaint dining room for evening meals. Upstairs is a modern, renovated bathroom with bath and traditional shower. There are two double bedrooms, both with an elegant feel and a double wardrobe in the second.

Quiet hideaway in Matlock with far reaching views

The Snug is in a great location on the edge of Matlock town centre. The space is cosy and has a great view over towards Matlock bath and the surrounding areas. It’s a great base for exploring the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District. The walk to town is approximately 10 minutes downhill, bit more on the way back! Lots of shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance and easy access to lovely countryside walks.
