Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

Elegante appartamento arredato con mobili moderni e ricercati. Dotato di ogni comfort e di una bella vista direttamente sul canale dove un grazioso ponte ne fa da cornice. Facile da raggiungere a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione S. Lucia e Piazzale Roma .Tutti i principali punti d'interesse sono nelle immediate vicinanze, Ponte di Rialto ,Piazza S Marco. Per chi volesse vivere le notti veneziane ,la pittoresca Fondamenta della Misericordia vi accoglierà con i suoi tipici e rinomati ristoranti

Peoco flat: a sunny nest, full of character

Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.
