The Bothy

The Bothy is a semi-detached cottage which offers open plan accommodation for couples in Norfolk who want to have a hideaway for two. This unique setting is combined with attention to detail to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This period cottage is situated at the end of the owners house which is surrounded by fields and woodland. So the deer are often in the garden. There is a large car parking area in front of the cottage and the cottage has its own access. As you walk into the well equipped kitchen, you will see the dining area.

Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. The Coach House

The Coach House is a boutique, recently renovated detached property with period features including its own private terrace. It is surrounded by gardens featuring specimen trees making it a haven for nature lovers. It is an ideal bolt-hole. The Coach House is within a 5 minute bike ride of a network of cycle paths (including the Marriot's Way) which travel through beautiful open countryside and wetlands. The Coach House is ideally situated just 30 minutes from both Norwich and the North Coast.

Willow Barn

Beautifully renovated Barn nestled in the heart of Norfolk. The Barn is completely separate from the main house and has its own private secluded garden with hot tub. The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
