Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Dit charmante en knusse verblijf met stijlvolle inrichting, is centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden en het strand. Alles op 30 minuten rijden. Er is een eigen entree. Men komt binnen op de begane grond. Hier is een privé toilet, privé badkamer en wasmachine. Boven zijn twee kamers, een slaapkamer met flatscreen TV (Netflix en YouTube ), ontbijt/werkkamer en kledingkast. Op de overloop bevindt zich de oven/magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en koelkast.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.
