Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Nooks is sumptuous, private, cosy, relaxing, full of original art, high ceilings, log fires, beautiful generous spaces and mountain views. Nooks comes alive at night and is great for couples, solo adventurers, who want to be near the soul of this beautiful village. We take up to 4 adults max.

Akademie House - your home from home

Modern, newly renovated and decorated house situated within walking distance to the main road. Double storey home and big living spaces, great views deck, pool and fantastic outside living space - perfect for a family holiday. The 3 rooms in the house are ensuite with fresh crisp linen and there is an extra ensuite bedroom next to the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped, open plan and interactive. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and power to assist during load shedding.

Huckleberry House

Huckleberry House is tucked away against the Witzenberg Mountains in the beautiful Tulbagh valley. It is surrounded by a vineyard, old Oaks and Wild Olive trees in a beautiful shady garden. The house is very spacious, newly renovated in a unique and tasteful style and is the perfect place to make special memories for family and friends. Each bedroom theme is influenced by a country (Bali, India and Japan) and there is a Kolkol hot-tub on the covered veranda. Furry friends are welcome :)

Mountain House

Mountain House is perched at the top of Camps Bay . The house has three bedrooms two with queen size beds, one with a double bed . It has two bathroom areas, two showers one bath , two toilets. A fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace for those chilly nights. It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Blackwood Log Cabin

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
