We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The sandstone Church is located in the centre of Richmond Village. Constructed in 1873 it now has a new life, converted to luxury accommodation. The modern interior with its mezzanine bedroom loft, warm underfloor heating through out and comfy sofa area. "Bakers Cottage", a historic 1830s cottage, newly renovated and full of character. Located in the heart of historic Richmond Village, it’s just a short stroll to shops and sightseeing, 26 minutes from Hobart City, and 21 minutes from Hobart Airport. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, bathroom/laundry, separate toilet, formal lounge, three spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful sunroom—an ideal base for exploring Southern Tasmania.
