beautifully converted family farmhouse in Hirwaun ~ south region of Brecon Beacons National Park the house is very spacious & comfortably sleeps / sits 10 throughout more than enough parking spaces for 5/6 cars / crafter / any size work van with or without trailers 5 minutes to nearest convenient shop 10 minutes to Bike Park Wales. (secure bike lock up / pressure washer on request) 15 minutes to both 4 waterfall hikes. 20 minutes to the start of Pen-y-Fan. 30 minutes from Cardiff / Swansea.

Located in Tongwynlais, it has excellent transport links to Cardiff city centre in under 20 minutes, and easy access to all of South East Wales. Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Cwm Farm Cwtch Farm Cottage Brecon Beacons

Cwm Farm Cwtch, is a homely cottage set on a farm in Pontsticill, Merthyr Tydfil. You can enjoy the fantastic views and scenery, take a walk around our farm and interact with the animals (donkeys, chickens, dogs). Situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Cwtch is in a perfect location for a number of activities, e.g Brecon Mountain Railway, Bikepark Wales, Morlais Golf Course, River fishing and lots more. There are a number of pubs in the village that serve food and local beers.
