Centrally located in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains and easy drives to Asheville 90 minutes, Charlotte 75 minutes, Blowing Rock 40 minutes, 65 minutes to Grandfather Mountain State Park and 80 minutes to Sugar Mountain ski resort. There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by.

Enjoy the backyard with a hot tub (inflatable), and night lighting. Grill on the charcoal or relax at the fire pit. Just in earshot of the apple orchard where you can satisfy your taste buds with a crisp fresh apple, apple cider slushy, or fried apple pie. Although rural this home is only 4 miles from interstate 40! Approx an hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.
