Newly built (30m2) an oasis at the onset of the Golden Circle, 12 km outside of Reykjavik. Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. Sheltered by tall trees and vegetation, the house offers privacy while enjoying views of Mt. Esja. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

The Cozy cabin is located in a small village called Hveragerdi in the south-west of Iceland, a 30 minute drive from the capital, which will allow you to easily visit the attractions at the Golden Circle route. This village is popular for its phenomenal hiking trails, one of them is Reykjadalur Hot Springs. The cabin is in a secluded location in a mountainous area which allows you to see fantastic views of the Northern Lights, decorated cozy with everything you need during your stay.

This secluded cabin is just 45 min from Reykjavík and offers complete privacy along with a hot tub overlooking the lake. The bathroom is fully equipped, while the modest yet functional kitchenette includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a selection of movies on the TV with a DVD player—please note there’s no WiFi, making this the perfect spot to unplug and enjoy a peaceful, cozy getaway. We use geothermal water. Sólvellir 1: A nice cottage near Reykjavík

A forty-five minute drive away from Reykjavík, in the beautiful fjord Hvalfjörður and by the lake Meðalfellsvatn, the cottage Sólvellir is located. With the cottage comes a garden and a terrace with barbeque facilities and a hot tub (only for Sólvellir1 ). The cottage includes a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, TV and a free WiFi. The surrounding area is full of nature and has many exciting hiking trails, and during the winter there is a high chance of northern lights.

The environment is very beautiful and can be enjoyed in many hike trail around the surrounding area. In Only a half hour walk is up to a very beautiful waterfall called Helgufoss. There is also a lot of experiences that can be accessed here in the area such as horse riding, electric biking and hiking.
