The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Situated next to the delightful Dovecote Inn and ten minutes from the popular Duke William at Askham, guests can choose to eat out or eat in. Set in a rural hamlet near the River Trent with easy access to river walks. The village has an historic church visited by the Pilgrim Fathers. The area has a rich history with Lincoln, Gainsborough and Retford market town a short drive away. Best of all the village has two good pubs within walking distance, serving food and local beers. Little Willow is set at the back of a large garden with views over open countryside. It is fully equipped with shower, compost toilet and kitchenette.

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Shower with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. A perfect off grid stay. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
