The Beach house

Why a hotel when for a few dollars more you can have all the amenities of home. We are sure you will love your stay at what we call the "Beach House". Though you are not around sandy beaches, we've made ever attempt to make sure while you are here, you feel like you are on a beach vacation. Whether a night, or a week, you will enjoy your stay gathering around the 75" big screen or outside on the patio barbecuing on the grill. No chance of seasickness here, just a good stay while you're away.

Close to Hedges-Boyer park, Tiffin University, Heidelberg and downtown. Lake Erie, Put-in Bay, Kelley’s Island, Cedar Point all less than 1 hour.

Enjoy all downtown has to offer while staying in comfort and style. Everything in this apartment is brand new as of June 2023. All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV.
