The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

The house is adjacent to the Trent and Mersey canal and a short distance to the popular Mercia Marina. Access from the back of the cottage leads directly onto the canal. An ideal cosy base for the Derbyshire Dales, Peak District and Alton Towers.
