A charming, fully self contained guesthouse, set in a private garden of a 14th century cottage located in the pretty village of Chipstead. A perfect country escape with fast access into London and Gatwick Airport a short taxi ride away. The guesthouse offers views over open countryside, enjoy total peace and quiet, lots of privacy, all in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A quiet, ground floor studio flat, fully self-contained, affording high levels of privacy & comfort, with freedom to come & go via your own front door at anytime day or night. Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

The Comfy Gatwick Annex

Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Situated within the grounds of a private property, set back from the road in a leafy residential part of Epsom. Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Romantic retreat

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being only a ten minute drive and a 3 minute train journey. Horley station provide fast access to London, Brighton and the Midlands. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex.
