Wunderschönes Apartment (ein Schlafzimmer plus Wohnschlafzimmer) mit Garten, inkl. schönem Whirlpool (privat nur für diese Wohnung). Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Berner Oberland (Top Of Europe, Blausee, Oeschinensee, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken) sind rasch und bequem mit dem Auto oder Bahn erreichbar. Tagesausflüge nach Saas-Fee und Zermatt (Matterhorn) dauern mit der Bahn nur zwei Stunden.

Ferien im Palmendorf Merligen im Sommer und Winter

Die Studiowohnung befindet sich im Palmendorf Merligen. Sie ist im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zum Gartensitzplatz und zum Autoabstellplatz. Es hat ein Doppelbett (160x200), schmaler Raum mit WC/D, Satellit-TV und WLAN. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner kann nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Alle Ski- und Wanderorte vom Berner Oberland sind rasch und bequem mit ÖV oder Auto erreichbar. Es sind alle Wassersportarten möglich. Die Vermieter wohnen im Obergeschoss und sind da wenn Du ankommst.

Am Fusse des Niesens

Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt etwas erhöht jedoch trotzdem zentral in Reichnbach im Kandertal. Die Skigebiete im Oberland sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. Im Sommer sind bekannte Wander-Spots ebenfalls in ca. 15 bis 20 Min. erreichbar. Die Unterkunft wurde Ende 2019 sanft saniert und bietet eine ebenfalls voll ausgestattete Küche, welche auch höheren Ansprüchen genügen wird. (Induktionsherd, Kombi-Steam-Backofen, Kühlschrank, sämtliche Küchen-Utensilien etc.)

Whirlpool Romantik!

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.

Cosy two-room apartment (40 m2) for two in the first floor of our detached house in Frutigen. Fully equipped, non-smoking, with private parking. Located nice and quiet above the village center. Close to shops and public transport (5 min walk). The house was energetically renovated in 2021/2022 and now has air/water heat pump as central heating and a 12.54 kWp photovoltaic system on the roof.
