Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

The Station House

Mid-century remodeled Frankenmuth home. Beautiful setting with huge trees, great sunsets and a train depot that is almost 150 years old complete with the track-switch lever, pot belly stove, and old phone. Our goal was to provide accommodations that had everything you need for a family with children while on vacation. There is also a brand new wheel chair for those who may need one. Lots of parking space available for trailers, boats, etc. Carport to park under. Not far from Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, and fast food. Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!

This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.
