Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
