Welcome to North Shore Lookout! The Entire lower floor of a 6 story tall duplex up on a hill with an amazing view of DownTown. We are located within minutes of Stringers Ridge, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Bars and Restaurants and really everything Down Town Chattanooga has to offer. The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.
