Im Winter verwandelt er sich in ein Skigebiet, im Sommer bietet er einen Badesee, Bogenschießen, Kletterpark und eine Roller Coasterbahn sowie den Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Wanderwege.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

In 8 Minuten zu Fuß, erreichst du ein Sportgeschäft, die Bushaltestelle, den Badesee. Kulinarisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es ein Café, eine Pizzeria und 2 Restaurants. Oder du holst dir die Pilze und Beeren direkt hinterm Haus aus dem Wald.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
