These cozy Coastguard Cottages have a rich history. Built in 1820 by Customs Excise to keep an eye on smuggling that was rife 200 years ago in Cawsand and Kingsand. The stone cottage boasts spectacular sea views of the bay and backs on to Mt.Edgecumbe deciduous woodland, home to many types of birds, flora and fauna. Here is a cozy retreat with kitchen, lounge & wood burner, 2 double bedrooms, small shower/ WC & Victorian hip bath. The wild garden is full of insects and bird loving plants.

Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

Cosy corners kitchen is in an outside area under a canopy with a small cooker and functioning sink with hot water. You have a fully private bathroom under the same canopy with a compost toilet, basin and gas heated shower. Sorry we can’t accept dogs.
