The Retreat/ Hot tub ( drained after every stay) . We are located directly across the road from Pipestem State Park where you can enjoy Ziplining,hiking, Horse Back riding, and more. Back deck with hammock chairs and bonus tiny house connected to main house. Large ceilings and yard which is over 1/2 acre. This property is also very close to one of the few remaining Drive In Theaters. Winterplace is only 30 miles away. Community pool-seasonal . Pet friendly-with pet fee. Come stay in our retreat.

This private country setting bnb is located on 13 acres. It features a full kitchen including an air fryer, tons outdoor space to explore and on-site shop with many convenience foods. It is 1 mile from Plum Orchard Lake and about 20 minutes from the New River Gorge & ACE adventure resort. There is also larger shop on the property with even more convenience items, fresh eggs, lavender products, local maple syrup & honey. Enjoy an extended stay at Lavender Hill Roost, or just stop by for a night.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are just 20 minutes from winter place, 30 minutes from the new river gorge and four minutes from Raleigh General hospital. Ideal place for skiers, rafters, or travel nurses. Inside has been newly renovated and includes 2br with queen beds, 1 full bath with onsite laundry and off street parking (until weather permits for driveway to be poured.) Come enjoy quiet seclusion on a 210 acre farm located 5 miles from Winterplace ski resort and Weathered Grounds Brewery and only 3 miles off the Ghent exit! Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!
