This beautiful countryside house is located in village Radovčići 15 km to small town Cavtat and 30 km eastern from the historical core of famous town Dubrovnik and just 3 km to local beach and supermarket. (very well equipted where you can buy all food and daily fresh meet ) House Rilovic consist of two bedrooms,bathroom, kitchen and living room, swimming pool, garden with courtyard, barbyque,2 large covered terace, parking. All this gives a unique atmosphera and complete privacy. ( first neighbour 200 m ) Near by (3 km ) there is a restaurants with domestic food and family farm where you can enjoy horse riding. The bus stop is 150 meters away but the lines are quite rare ( 4-5 times daily ) so we recommend car. It is available for 4 person. The house Rilovic leaves no guest indifferent, either one is looking for an active holiday or idyllic peace in nature. Entire house with all amenties on your disposal just for you and your family to enjoy in your holiday. It has a lovely home away from home feel and is great for a base when visiting Dubrovnik (30 min), Cavtat (5 min), or Pasjača beach (10 min) by car. Perfect for an early morning flight. It is in an original old Dalmatian stone house, with a huge courtyard, where you can relax. Guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and olive grove and enjoy the picturesque Mediterranean views and scents.

Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
