Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. You get the full immersive surround sound 'reference' (top of the range) system,Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, prim, Sky to browse to your hearts content, your own personal garden with a BBQ, a super king size sleigh bed, your own luxurious shower, slipper bath, and toilet. Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Rural, cosy barn conversion with stunning views.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
