Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. The property is ideally located to visit places like Boscastle & Padstow

The Dovecote Rural retreat near Launceston

Step through an original arched natural door into a wood-floored property with views stretching far over the Cornish countryside. Spend time on the shared lawn and private deck, before soaking in an Edwardian-style bath beneath a vaulted ceiling.This detached property has beautiful views across the Cornish countryside. It is next to the owners farm house where there is a shared lawn. There is a large decking with a patio set for Dovecote. Enter the property through an original arched wooden door

A beautiful converted hayloft with its own enclosed garden, set in the grounds of a 22 acre smallholding. Rural, only 5 mins drive to local pub. There is a menagerie of animals to meet + wildlife, lakes, stream and woodland. Views to open farmland, parking. Perfectly situated, near Okehampton, for exploring Dartmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall including Bude , Widemouth and Sandymouth . 1 double bed ,1 single bed and travel cot. THE GOLLY GOSH ! A stunning log cabin

The Golly Gosh log cabin has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. The open plan living space includes a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The lounge area has a log stove and TV. The veranda has a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The cabin is in a separate, self contained garden with additional seating, barbecue and a fire pit. There is also a private 4 person HOT TUB. We are a 20 minute drive from beautiful Bude. Please note the cabin is pet free.

Rural Shepherds Hut Devon 25 mins from the sea

A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A cosy log burning stove inside, secure garden, your own field which is totally off grid, gives you the space and quiet to relax. Living area -a TV sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed. You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. A stunning, renovated barn attached to a 17th century thatched farmhouse. A beautiful and private countryside retreat in a lovely, peaceful, unspoilt part of Devon. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Enjoy this romantic spot in nature. The Bellever@TheViews is a recently renovated shepherd's hut offering a private and peaceful space for two people with gated parking. It has magnificent views of Dartmoor and the surrounding countryside and is a fifteen minute walk from the local pub, The Clovelly Inn. Just 20-minute drive of Okehampton, historic Tavistock and Launceston and a 40-minute drive from much-loved Bude beach. The Hide is set on 8 acres with a 6-man hot tub (booked separately).

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

'The Weekender' @Cleavefarmcottages, Crackington

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Peaceful, cosy barn with log burner near Bude

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
