This spacious, hillside, multi-level home accommodates up to 6 people. It offers panoramic views of the mountains and Lake Wakatipu. The home is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, You can spread out over two living spaces. Can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining with exceptional views. The three bedrooms are on two levels, and one has a flexible set-up. There is one full bathroom and a second toilet. We are located between the airport and the city.

Absolutely breath-taking views from the balcony, the huge living area and the bedroom! Spacious apartment with open plan dining, lounge and full kitchen. Recently re-furnished with a very comfortable bed and sofa/sofa bed. Quiet location. 5 minute drive to Queenstown centre. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. This is the whole of the upstairs of the house. There are 2 studio apartments below, they are locked off from the rest of the house which may be rented separately during your stay.

The studio features underfloor heating, a plush Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining table and Netflix. Every window is a postcard. We are just 3km from the airport, Remarkables Park shopping centre, and the Remarkables skifield access road, as well as being a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown trails.

The Billiards Room

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. Serious.
