Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
