Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 3-bath ranch in a quiet Greencastle neighborhood, minutes from campus, downtown, and restaurants. The main floor has two bedrooms, each with a private full bath—one queen and one full bed. The finished basement offers two more bedrooms, a shared full bath, and a second TV room. Two friendly cats, Amy and Ashley, live in the home and will be present during your stay. They are friendly! This is our primary residence, so we ask guests to treat it with care and respect.

Located directly off the DePauw campus, in the highly-coveted Eastern Enlargement Historic District, the attention to detail and premium amenities at Major Dunbar House will knock your socks off!! Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, 1st floor Master Suite, 3-spacious upstairs bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Our house can comfortably sleep 9 guests (with 5 individual beds, total). We are proud to serve the Greencastle and DePauw communities and we frequently welcome wedding-party guests from nearby venues.

Welcome to Trillium! Located ON campus just a few doors from FIJI, Theta and Longden Hall. Step back in time as you walk in from the covered porch into the fabulous, 1890 Victorian that features 4(5) Bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Inside - 14 foot ceilings, large windows trimmed in rich, dark woodwork. Also a 1/2+ acre back yard. For 130+ yrs, this has been home to notable members of the Greencastle and DePauw Community. Rumor has it that Percy Julian met with the Physics club in this place!

Nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood, our property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility to the some of the best hiking Indiana has to offer. As you come into this peaceful setting, enjoy the time on our front deck while watching the sunrise. We love hosting families with kids or groups of friends looking to disconnect.

Covered Bridge Cabin (on Big Walnut Creek)

Retreat and renew in this charming one-room cabin right by Big Walnut Creek and Baker's Camp Covered Bridge. Fish, kayak, or swim; hike or birdwatch in a nearby preserve; read, write, find inspiration. With sweet-smelling poplar walls, the cabin offers a full bed by a picture window, small TV, writer's desk/library, AC, fans, baseboard heat, kitchenette, toilet, sink, outdoor shower (before first frost), small porch, grill, and a fire pit. (No wifi in cabin!) Simple and beautiful.

The Pond House at Deer Creek Farms/ Greencastle

10-min. to DePauw & downtown Greencastle is an idyllic 1 bdrm/1 ba cottage facing a stocked pond, woods & farm fields. King in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room for extra guests. WiFi, TV, dining table/chairs, electric fireplace, kitchenette w/small fridge, coffee maker & microwave. Enjoy the grassy lawn, fire pit, fishing in pond, drinks on dock with Adirondack chairs and more. Families w/ young children please contact us before reserving to learn of safety concerns.

The Blue Jay Room

Wake up to birdsong and look out any one of your nine windows. If it’s springtime, you’ll likely see twin fawns nibbling on saplings. Anytime of the year, you can take a swim in the heated pool and plan your day. Forget something? Check out the “I forgot” drawer in the bathroom stocked with useful supplies. This is a place of music, good company, and peaceful nature. When you visit, the pool is yours to enjoy privately.

Cottage in the Country

Take a break from the city and unwind at this peaceful cottage in the country (located one hour west of Indy). Spend some time relaxing in a hammock, reading a book on the porch, playing yard games, or roasting marshmallows by the fire. Streaming tv, wifi, and workspace provided. Note: Access to Heritage Lake and amenities not included with stay. The neighborhood HOA now requires minimum stay of 90 days.
