Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

A disposizione degli ospiti c'è un terrazzo arredato, ideale per godersi il sole d'estate come d'inverno, e per cene romantiche in una cornice lacustre dal fascino unico. Perfetto per un weekend di relax o una vacanza a ridosso del Resegone, la montagna resa immortale da Alessandro Manzoni con l'"Addio ai monti" de "I Promessi Sposi", ma eccezionale anche come base per escursioni, trekking, canoa, ciclismo, parapendio e pesca. a 1,5 km sorge il santuario di Madonna della Neve, meta inserita nel percorso del "pellegrinaggio agostiniano" in Lombardia. Durante il soggiorno, si può approfittare per fare una visita alla città di Milano, che si trova a 40 minuti di treno o automobile. La città di Como e quella di Lecco distano invece solo 15 minuti e sono facilmente raggiungibili con autobus o automobile.
