Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Het levendige centrum van Purmerend , De Koemarkt, bevindt zich op 2 minuten loopafstand met diverse restaurants, cafés, supermarkten en een groot winkelcentrum. Eigen ingang met 24/7 toegang en toegangscode. Smart+Fire TV aanwezig.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Kom tot rust en geniet van het geweldige uitzicht over het prachtige natuurgebied Het Twiske. Langs een naastgelegen wandelpad kunt u Het Twiske per voet ontdekken. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is gloednieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

This centrally located apartment has been completely renovated, up to date and tastefully decorated. I am therefore proud to be able to offer this. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. Everything for a wonderful holiday / short break is present. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are around the corner And not to forget, Amsterdam is a stone's throw away by bus and train very easy to reach via the station which is within walking distance (100 meters) of the apartment.

For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

Op De Noord – Landelijk Amsterdam

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.
