Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Sunset Pond Retreat

Retreat to this charming two story cabin overlooking the beautiful, peaceful Sunset Pond! Only a short distance from Joplin, Carl Junction, and Galena, KS, this cabin is surrounded by several ponds, the largest of which is right outside your front door. The cabin features free WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. Outside, enjoy catch and release fishing from the dock or just sit and take in the moment when a gorgeous sunset meets the peaceful water!

POOL IS OPEN!! Relax at this peaceful, charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. Which also includes an arcade/game room. It sits on a beautiful, wooded acre where deer roam freely and nature surrounds you. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a slower pace—without leaving the city behind. Grill while you unwind on the flagstone patio, then cool off in your private in-ground salt water pool. In the mornings, grab a coffee and watch deer wander through the yard.

The “Queen Bee” is located within 5-15 minutes to everything in Joplin, Carthage or Neosho and yet secluded in nearby Duneweg. Duneweg is a suburb of Joplin and is very close to where I44 and 249 merge! Making it easy to get place to place or back up on the interstate after a nights rest! This home is located on a quiet street with a tranquil wooded area and pull through parking.

Sit on the wrap around porch & watch the deer & turkey stroll thru. We are located about 1 mile off Route 66 and easy access to I-49 & I-44.

Located near the waters edge, you can enjoy the evening sitting out on the deck and listen to nature sing or sit around a fire and gaze up at the stars. Stairs and dock are available for easy access to the river. Great fishing. Kayaks and canoe available also tubes for floating. Continental breakfast, lots of drinks and snacks. Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.
