E' adatta e aperta a tutti NB: Macchina indispensabile. Al piano di sopra c'è un piccolo appartamento indipendente appartenente ad altri proprietari. Mare più vicino: Scala Ruiz a 350 m a piedi. E' un luogo dove potete dimenticarvi di tutto sapendo però che, se volete, in dieci minuti siete a Siracusa, con la sua cultura e la sua vita mondana.

La stanza totalmente indipendente provvista di bagno privato e angolo cottura, situata tra mandorli e ulivi , contornata da bellissime passeggiate con vista sugli Iblei e a soli 5 km da oasi marine spettacolari. 10 km cava grande del Cassibile.La località è inoltre ubicata al centro delle più belle città d’arte della Sicilia orientale .
