Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Close to downtown Somerset and only 12 minutes to the lake, The Luxury Downtown Bourbon House welcomes you! 2 separate living areas. Luxury queen bed downstairs and 2 twins upstairs! Small cabin close to town

Cabin was built by my grandparents about 40 years ago using timber cut from the land. Cabin is about 5 miles from town but feels country. Road is quite, with just local traffic, local being the people that live on the road. Very quite setting. Great place to relax where ever you find yourself, wither it is in the house, on one of the porches, or in the yard. House also has a fire pit in the back yard, & a charcoal gill if you want to grill out. We are pet friendly!

No matter the time of year you decide to stay, there is always plenty of hiking, fishing and site seeing to do. We are also right across the street from the pool.

Fully furnished just bring your personal belongings. Gas grill on the patio and covered front porch for you to enjoy the mornings and evenings after a day on the lake. Within 8 minutes Walking to the town square. And a 10 minute drive to lees ford marina and under 15 minutes to Burnside marina. It is also less than 3 miles to the rural development center.
