Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. A stand alone spacious modern room with ensuite, separate from the main house with a stunning view of the lake. We are a short walk to the lake for swims or use our kayaks. We are surrounded by gorgeous nature walks. You may wish to treat yourself to a relaxing massage, or book in for boating excursions & water-sports, $150 for first hour, $100 per hour thereafter. Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).
