Relax with a glass of wine on the expansive deck with views, wander down to swim in Rocky Bay, enjoy a tasting at Stoneyridge and Tantalus vineyards all from this private hideaway.

Enjoy complete privacy in our self-contained guest suite with a private entrance. Relax in a luxurious queen-size Tempur bed, and unwind with high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, and utensils, and we provide complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. Private garden, outdoor deck with water fountain, and laundry facilities available. Parking on a quiet street or drive inside, and easy access to local restaurants, Rosedale park, and Massey Uni.

Welcome to our slice of coastal kiwi living. The space is set in a country garden with lovely river views and is close to many cafes and beaches. Relax in the conservatory positioned under native trees home to many birds such as Tuis and native wood pidgeons. It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

The Stables Cottage - North West Auckland

The Stables is a quaint country rural cottage set amongst rolling green hills, this fully self contained rustic cottage is beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 couples in 2 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

The Black Barn

In the heart of wine country, this loft-inspired renovated barn is truly one of a kind. Whether you’re in the area for a wedding or a romantic getaway the Black Barn is the place to stay. With a choice of vineyards, breweries, strawberry picking or walking the trails of the Riverhead Forest there is something for everyone. 15 mins drive to the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets. Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Fully furnished studio unit with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. The studio has a separate entry, and is attached to our family home (we're a kiwi family with 3 young children). Clean, spacious and light. Unlimited ultra fast fibre wifi internet. Our home is surrounded by native forest (kauri, manuka, totara, rimu). Native birds like tui, kereru, piwakawaka and ruru frequently visit.
