"Felicity - Home of Joy" an elegant and cozy stay with full privacy and a serene atmosphere. Facilities include a car park, a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The space accommodates 4 to 5 guests, and if only one or two guests are present, an additional charge of Rs 500 per day will apply, collected at check-in. Children under 5 years old are not allowed without a conversation due to past issues with guests. Some reviews may be misleading, so please keep that in mind.

My apartment is airy and well lit. There is a hospital, mall, grocery store and several restaurants in the vicinity. It is located in a posh area of Chennai. Please note that the rooms are only for the guests who have booked it. No third party guests can stay here unless mentioned. Please note that no pets are allowed. Guests cannot cook in the kitchen, even though I have the cooking amenities. I live on the property. Also as this is a shared home, guests may hear normal household sounds.
