Die Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer (Dusche / WC) und kleiner voll ausgestatter Küchenzeile verfügt über alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir wohnen selbst im Erd-/Obergeschoss, sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch, Türkisch, und ein wenig französisch. Bei euerer Buchung erklärt bitte etwas genauer was ihr vor habt und wer genau anreisen wird. Danke!

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The apartment is remarkably roomy for four. 4 subway stops to downtown (9-10 min.). In walking distance to the Oktoberfest. One primary bedroom and two sleeping coaches in the spacious living room for larger parties to explore the city. Spacious kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower. The small walking-in closet in the hallway is not to be entered. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A small balcony will allow you to smoke.
