The private balcony overlooking pristine Long Pond has an umbrella table and Weber propane grill. Outdoor shower. Private beach and dock access, kayaks and life preservers available for guest use.

Howards End - Room 2-1 (Queen Bed & Private Bath)

This room is on the second floor, and the size is about 150 sqft. It has a queen bed and a large private bathroom with bathtub. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please read: Beautifully decorated lower level apartment with windows and french doors leading up to the garden. Private entrance. This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

This cozy, budget friendly room is located in the center of Ptown and on the beach! It is part of Lotus Provincetown Inn, a staple of the town since the 80s. It shares a bathroom with 2 rooms. 2 minute walk to the Wharf where ferries dock and paid parking available. Also, available is a dry sauna located at our sister property steps away. Easily access all the town's amenities - galleries, dining, shops, shows, nightlife - while enjoying the quiet retreat of this cozy room.

The house is surrounded by sweeping fields that lead down to Nauset Marsh. Steps away from the Fort Hill Nature Trail. A truly unique stay. For parties greater than two this listing can add a room with a double bed for a single or couple for an additional fee. Owner occupied BnB with two rooms, NO Mass occupancy tax added!

Free On Site PARKING in the BACK of our BnB, is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am

Cozy 1st floor front room with a queen bed and a PRIVATE bathroom. The large window gets gorgeous afternoon sun. Self check-in (a short pre-arrival phone call is required). 190 sq feet of space. This room does NOT include parking. We are an 18+ guesthouse.

Room 3 is on the 1st floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom. A/C, TV, basic cable, WIFI. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.
