Vasto,12km, a circa 2 ore da Roma , Napoli o Bari, le più affascinanti città del centro Italia. Nelle vicinanze , a 5 minuti di macchina : Pista fluida di go kard. maneggio , tennis, porto turistico per visitare sia le coste dei trabocchi che le vicine isole Tremiti. A pochi km dal caos della vita notturna che propone la famosa Riviera San Salvo - Vasto.

Il mio alloggio è a due passi da: Farmacia, tabaccheria, supermercato bar ristoranti gelaterie; A 5 min da Termoli,45 minuti da San Giovanni Rotondo,foresta Umbra e Monte Sant'Angelo,15 minuti dal lago di Guardialfiera ,30 minuti da Punta Aderci L'immobile è sito a 500 mt dalla spiaggia, ed è posta al centro della città. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per: La comodità , la luce naturale, l'intimità, il calore suggestivo del Caminetto e il giardino antistante indipendente,indicato x famiglie

Graziosa villa immersa nel verde

Villa graziosa ed elegante, immersa nel verde e dotata di tutti i comfort per una vacanza immersa nella natura incontaminata. Adatta alle famiglie anche con bambini e animali domestici, si trova a due passi dal centro di Tornareccio e dei maggiori punti di interesse locali (Mura Megalitiche di Pallanum, Mosaici, abitato ellenistico romano Pallano). La casa ha uno spazio esterno ampio dove gustare pranzi e cene, o leggere un buon libro. Inoltre sono presenti svariati libri in varie lingue.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

The sunset is amazing, on the hills just behind the house. There is a big garden with a big swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. In the middle of the hills really close to the Adriatic sea.
