Waikawa house is a lovely modern house with a big section, ideal for couples or families. Set on a quite and private section, enjoy the peaceful rural surrondings and beautiful native bird song. Waikawa House is in the middle of the southern Catlins "hot spots", less than 5 minutes walk from the estuary and less than 10 minutes drive to Curio Bay. Swim with the dolphins, watch the penguins come in to their nests in the evening and walk along a beautiful beach, enjoy many more local attractions.

Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.
