This 65m2 spacious apartment with an independent entrance is located in an entirely renewed ancient building. It was designed by a young Portuguese architect who gave priority to a bright and sober design. The apartment is well equipped, practical and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, and dishes) and has a lovely table and chairs. The fold-out sofa bed and the armchairs of the living room are an invitation to rest. The apartment is equipped with a TV, a Hi-Fi, and of course, a free WIFI access (50Mbps). The shower in the bathroom is large. The sober and bright bedroom is furnished with a large bed with quality bedding and directly accesses a private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif. Sheets and towels are provided. Thanks to its efficient heating appliances, the apartment can be rented in the winter too. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, restaurants and cafés within 50 meters. An ideal place for family walks and sport activities would be the Monsanto park, also known as the lungs of the city. Yet, for me, the best place ever would definitely be the oceanarium.

The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.
