Open space, comfort, tranquility and prime position, 7 minutes to the City Centre, 15 to MCG, Tennis Centre, Royal Botanical Gardens, the Yarra river, Crown Casino and much more, walk, ride, or catch a Tram. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.
