The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and aircon/heating with french doors opening onto a totally private stoep allowing access to the second bedroom which has two single beds and is equiped with a ceiling fan. The cottage also benefits from a comp. kitchen/dining area adjacent to a larger than average lounge area with ceiling fans and a built-in fireplace. Our property has an inverter, which makes loadshedding less of a problem. Secure parking on the property. There is a most convenient Spar just 'around the corner' 5 minutes walk. 3 minutes from the town center. 1 Minute from the:- N. A. Smit Swimming Pool De Jagers Sport Complex Oudtshoorn Bowling Club.

The unit has a king size bed that on request can be split into 2 single beds. Unfortunately the pool is closed due to Coved restrictions

Also on the property is the Manor House and other Garden Suite. All units are totally private from one another and safely fenced in.
